Our aim with the creation of Bibinje.info was to introduce Bibinje, a small town on the Zadar Riviera. Our site collects any and all information related to Bibinje. Zadar being the largest, with its 4,000 inhabitants Bibinje is the second largest settlement of the Zadar region. Its rich history going back centuries is aptly illustrated by the nicely renovated old town.
The only disadvantage of Bibinje is its proximity to Zadar's industrial zone, which is some 3 km-s from here. Although they don't have any impact on the water quality of the Adriatic in Bibinje, the industrial buildings are visible from Bibinje's beaches.

Beaches in Bibinje stretch on a line of several kilometres. Starting next to Zadar and reaching their southern end at
Sukošan's Marina Dalmacija, Bibinje's beaches are mostly gravel. The centrally located beaches (Branimirova obala, Šulterova vala, Obala Alfreda Lisice) tend to be a bit crowded during the season. To avoid the crowd heading to the southern beaches, like Punta Rožica (partly sandy and partly with concrete terraces) or even further to Padrele and Punta is our recommendation.

Accommodation-wise, there are no large hotels in Bibinje. Accommodation is offered by the many of family-run apartment buildings and by a couple of tiny campsites. Excellent food is served by a number of restaurants of the place, the most ambient ones are situated on the coast promenade around the old town.

Bibinje is well equipped with service providers. The town runs its own Tourist Board, has a post office, two museum collections (ethnographic and church), sports hall, doctor's office and dentist. A gas station serving both ships and cars is found in the neighboring Sukošan, which is also the home of Croatia's largest marina, Marina Dalmacija.
